These terms apply specifically to medical professionals offering consultation services through Carebrij.
By registering as a Provider, you warrant that you hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine issued by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) or the relevant regulatory body in your jurisdiction. You agree to maintain this license in good standing and to notify Carebrij immediately of any disciplinary actions or restrictions placed upon your practice.
You are solely responsible for the medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions you provide through the platform. You must adhere to the highest clinical standards and ethical guidelines of your profession. Carebrij provides the technological infrastructure but does not dictate your medical judgment.
Providers are independent contractors, not employees of Carebrij Technologies Ltd. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and medical malpractice liability coverage.
Consultation fees are held in escrow by Carebrij and disbursed to your designated bank account after the successful completion of a consultation, subject to the deduction of the agreed platform service fee. Payouts are processed on a weekly schedule.
You must comply strictly with all applicable healthcare data protection laws, including maintaining strict patient confidentiality. You may not download, store, or share patient health records outside the Carebrij platform.
